I'm Almost Done
Africa and the Story of the Leopard and Wharhog
While on safari, one afternoon a group of us decided to leave with our safari guide and head out into the bush to explore all the wildlife. We did see an abundant of wildlife as you can see from the photographss above this article. We had been looking all afternoon hoping to see some leopards but had no luck. Then shortly after we were riding along and se saw this leopard, all by himself, sitting down and looking towards a scene with several dogs going after a wharthog that was dead. The leopard was starring right at the dogs who were having a wonderful time going after the wharthog, as you can see above.
Whle all of this was going on, we were so tuned in to the whole event, the leopard was getting upset and thinking about going
after the wharthogs, after all it was his kill but there was three whartgogs after the kill. Then after awhile, the leopard had decided
that this was his kill and he was gong after it. He started slowly moving towards the wharthogs and as he began to come
closer to the wharthogs they began to get worried and all of a sudden when the leopard began to get close enough the wharthogs
started to move out slowly. After they left, Mr. Leopard moved in and began to take his meal back and as you can see in the
photograph above he is very pleased and happy. "It was an awsemone event to watch."
